Patrick Scalise
Patrick Scalise has been a 3rd generation member of the Colombo Club since 1991. Patrick is currently serving as a member of the Colombo Club Board of Directors. Patrick also currently serves as the CEO of his own company, Promo Dog, Inc., based in Danville, CA.
Vince Fratangelo
My name is Vince Fratangelo. I have been a member of the Colombo Club since 1980. My family and I have had a long history with the club dating back to the early 60s. I am married with two wonderful daughters and an amazing grandson.
While growing up, the Club was like my second home entirely due to my parents. They were both heavily involved in the growth and sustainability of the Colombo. While growing up in an Italian household, I was taught to embrace our Italian heritage. I believe the Colombo Club embraces these values also. I have been a member of the board of directors both as an officer and board member for many years.
I am currently running to continue my position as your 1st vice president. If elected, I will continue to make decisions to benefit the Club and ensure a strong future for generations to come.
Joe Ianora
As I complete my two-year term as President of the Colombo Club, I remain deeply committed to this Club, its traditions, and its future. The Colombo Club has been an important part of my life for more than 25 years, and serving as President has only strengthened my appreciation for what makes this organization so special—our Italian heritage, the friendships that have been built here, and the generations of members who have worked to make sure the Club continues to thrive.
I am running for Second Vice President because I want to continue serving the Club and supporting its leadership. I believe there is value in continuity, institutional knowledge, and having people willing to do the work wherever they are needed. After serving as President, I understand both the opportunities and the challenges facing our Club, and I hope to use that experience to support the next President and Board while also helping develop the next generation of Club leadership.

John DeRespini
I have been a member of the Colombo Club for about ten years but have been coming to the club long before that as a guest.
This is my fourth year serving as the Corresponding Secretary. I also help out on the membership committee.
I enjoy helping the club out doing the Corresponding Secretary's job and look forward to serving for another year.
Perry Vittoria
I am a second-generation Colombo Club member, having joined in 1989, shortly after graduating from high school. My father was a long-time member until his passing in 1999. Other past and present members include various uncles and cousins.
I am honored to serve as the Financial Secretary of the club since 2024. In addition to this role, I also serve on the Finance and House Committees. Furthermore, I maintain the club’s database and manage the club’s website and its content.
Outside of the club, I am the owner and broker of Rinetti & Co. Realtors. I have been married to Tianne Rinetti-Vittoria for 26 years. Her father was a past member, along with several other family members including current board member and my brother-in-law, Dino Rinetti.
I will continue to work hard, ensuring that the club will go on for the next generations to love and enjoy just as I have.
Matt Moran
I have been a member of The Colombo Club for over 10 years and have served as Treasurer for more than 5 years. I am also a longtime member of the Alpicella Club in Alameda for over 20 years, where I served on the Board for 15 years, and a member of Castro Valley’s Buon Tempo Club for over 3 years.
Retired after 30 years in the IT industry, I am driven to set clear goals and timelines to get things done. Worked with several Startups that went Public.
Over the past decade I have actively served on the House Committee, Menu Committee, and Financial Committee. In recent years I have managed several Club Crab Feeds and hosted Lobster Feeds, Movie Nights, and Surf & Turf nights.
Working with the Finance Committee through the COVID years, I helped guide the Club back to solvency and toward a strong, positive future. I would appreciate your vote.

Marc Emeldi
My name is Marc Emeldi. For several years, I have been proud to call this Italian American social club my home. As a longtime member and officer, I have had the honor of serving our organization in several capacities, including my current role as Sergeant-at-Arms.
Being a proud Italian American, I truly value the traditions, friendships, family, and sense of community that make this club so special. I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to an organization that celebrates our Italian heritage while bringing people together and creating lasting memories.
One of the most enjoyable parts of my role is also one of the most memorable—serving as Santa Claus for our club’s Children’s Christmas Party. Seeing the excitement on the children’s faces and helping create special memories for our families is something I look forward to every year.
I am honored to serve this club, proud of my Italian American heritage, and thankful for the many friendships and experiences I have gained along the way. I look forward to continuing to support our club, our members, and the traditions that make our organization such a wonderful part of our community.

Joe Guerrero

I’ve been a member of the Colombo Club for 62 years. Throughout my tenure, I’ve had the privilege of occupying nearly every position within the club, from the humble role of dishwasher to the esteemed position of president.
Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee. I am hopeful that I will secure another three years of board membership, allowing me to continue contributing to the club’s success.
I genuinely hold the Colombo Club in high regard. It has provided me with numerous opportunities for personal growth and development, and in return, I have endeavored to make meaningful contributions to the club’s endeavors. I eagerly anticipate our continued journey towards shared success.
John Nardi

The Colombo Club is a very special place for me and my family. My kids and grandkids have grown up attending and serving at events such as the Annual Kids Christmas Party, the Annual Club Picnic, selling tickets at Birthday Dinners, etc. My brother and I launched the Colombo Club “Bocce Day” event in 2009 and run it each year in our hometown of Martinez for Club members and their families.
I serve as Corresponding Secretary on the Board of Directors and participate on the Financial Committee where we led the financial turnaround for the Club over the past two years.
Of importance to me is to find ways that we can extend our Italian heritage to future generations and make it “fun’ for families and kids to enjoy the Colombo Club. Change can be difficult, but it is essential to the future of our Club. I am committed to helping the Club change for the better to preserve past traditions and create new ones.

Joseph Grijalva
I am proud to be a candidate for the board of the Colombo Club. My connection to Italian heritage comes through my great grandmother (who lived behind the DMV outside the club), her Italian roots and traditions helped shape my appreciation for Italian culture, family, food and community.
I am an electrician with 30 years in the trade. I have worked in many different aspects of the trade ranging from industrial, commercial, residential, solar and battery back-up.
I am married to Stacy and together we have 5 kids (currently all in college). Gaby (24), Madison (24), Thomas (22), Jessica (20), and Ava (18).
I look forward to helping preserve the traditions that make the club special, while supporting new opportunities to engage members and future generations.
Stefan Molnar
My name is Stefan Molnar and I am running for a position on the Board of Directors for The Colombo Club. I started my journey with the Club more than a decade ago as a guest at the Birthday Dinners we all know and enjoy. The interactions with members, guests, and — importantly — the volunteers themselves inspired me to apply for membership so I could contribute in kind. After a few years as a member, I began thinking seriously about how to contribute more meaningfully to the Club. Throughout my career I worked in the tech field for large companies, successful startups, and a number of failed startups. I progressed from part-time positions, where I learned in the trenches, to full-time positions, where I demonstrated what I had learned, to management positions where I led shoulder to shoulder — supporting multinational teams with full budget accountability. That path gave me decades of real-world problem-solving and analytical experience, and the habit of making practical, realistic decisions while exercising fiscal care. I am not afraid to put in the hours wherever attention is needed, and I am committed to keeping the Club going strong for the years to come.
Michael McNeilly
My name is Michael McNeilly and I am running for a vacant position on the Colombo Club Board of Directors.
History: My introduction to the Colombo Club was in 1977, when I attended a Chiopinno Feed Dinner as a guest. My first impression of the event was of camaraderie, great food, happy diners, and an overall feeling of an evening well spent.
Since then, I have attended many functions on and off through the following years. Beginning in 1977, I attended numerous dinners as a regular guest of Domenic Torchia and after consideration, I decided to take the next step and seek membership in 2005.
After 10 years of being on the potential member wait list, I became a certified member in 2015.
Prior to the Covid shutdown, I volunteered as a cook and worked several dinners in the kitchen. From my first hand experience, a kudo goes out to everyone who works there as an extreme benefit to the Club.
Experience: My work experience consists of 36 years of Air Traffic Control both military and civilian. I bring some additional exposure to the culinary arts with several years of restaurant management.
