The Colombo Club Auxiliary was founded in 1937
The Colombo Club Auxiliary is a women's social club that meets at the Colombo Club on the third Wednesday evening of each month (except July and December). Most of our meetings are in person; however, in January and February our meetings are held online due to winter weather and early nightfall.
Mission Statement
The Colombo Club Auxiliary's mission is to bring people together and honor our Italian heritage.
The Auxiliary gives back to the community by raising funds to empower the next generation through the Colombo Club/Colombo Club Auxiliary Scholarship Fund and by supporting local charities.
The Auxiliary hosts several dinners each year to raise money for charitable causes and scholarships. We also participate in joint events with the men's club, including hosting crab feeds for scholarships, a bocce day, a children's Christmas party, and celebrating our club anniversaries together.

Requirements for Membership in the Colombo Club Auxiliary
Membership is open to all women of Italian descent. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and sponsored by 2 current Auxiliary members. Sponsors shall be members in good standing: compliant with Auxiliary bylaws and club rules, respectful of fellow members and guests, and up to date on annual dues.
Applicants (at least 21 years old) may also be a spouse/partner, widow, or daughter of a Colombo Club member in good standing, or the daughter of an Auxiliary member in good standing. A spouse/partner or widow of a Colombo Club member does not require sponsors.
Up to 10 percent of the Auxiliary's current membership, excluding women who qualify per the above requirements, may be women of non-Italian descent, must be at least 21 years of age, and sponsored by 2 current Auxiliary members.
